Yesterday Jackson turned two! It's hard to believe we have a three year old, a two year old and a new baby! Life has definitely been crazy, busy around our house the last few weeks but we wouldn't trade it for anything. I can't believe this little guy is two, it truly seems like yesterday that I was in the hospital having him. Having a two week old makes it tough to do much of anything as he requires feedings like every hour and in addition, Ryan had to work his 30 hour shift starting yesterday morning so Jacksons big day wasn't too exciting. Although, it was sure fun for all of us to have my Mom in town for the celebration.
While my Dad was in town he took us to dinner to celebrate the big day! Jackson was obviously excited to blow out the candle. Thanks Grandpa for a great dinner!
He liked the balloon better than any of his presents!
He wasn't as big of a fan of his candle at home!
But he sure liked the cake! Thanks Grandma!
All Jackson wanted to do was go to the park and have hot dogs, so that's what we did. We were even lucky enough to have Ryan join us for a few hours!
Jackson has been such a blessing in our lives, he is such a boy...full of energy and spunk! It has been so much fun the last two years watching him grow and develop into the little person he is. It is truly impossible not to love everything about him and we treasure every moment we have with him. (Well, maybe minus cleaning up all the messes from his continual exploration of things!) Jacks, we love you and are so grateful you are part of our family...Happy Birthday buddy! We look forward to the many more celebrations to come!

He is so cute! I love the picture with his excited face at Olive Garden and I love him holding up his hot dog and I love the last one in the swing and...I guess I love them all! I am glad your mom is still around to help you. I think of you often. I wish I was around to help! Happy Birthday Jackson!
Happy birthday to Jackson. He is so cute...he is serious child-model material! His face with the candle and the Olive Garden cup is priceless!
jackson is adorable! and he's a fan of the sonic corn dog...could he be any more perfect?! we live less than 1 mile away from sonic and i crave corndogs and cranberry limeades constantly! what a cute family...
What a Cutie! Hey Ryan are those green scrubs from McKay Dee?? lol
Happy Birthday Jackson! I can't believe he is two. Isn't it crazy how fast time flies by. Wasn't it just yesterday the you, Jen, and I were all pregnant with those crazy boys? I still laugh thinking about us all being pregnant at the same time, and we did it again! What a cutie!
Love the surprised face when he saw the candle in the cup and then the crying in the high chair pic. Brings back memories! My little William cried on his birthday, too.
I just bought our tickets to SLC last week. We will be there 12/24 - 1/1, so it sounds like we will be there the same time. We HAVE to get together! :)
