Happy Halloween

Here is a few Halloween pictures of the kiddos. It was a crazy day Ryan was on call and had to work most of the day so I took the kids to the hospital for lunch. It was fun to see Ryan but lets just say we won't be making it a habit, due to the 40 minute (one way) adventure with three kids in car seats crammed in the back of seat of the truck! Ryan didn't get home until around nine so it was a late night but they kids had a lot of fun handing out candy and doing a little trick or treating of their own.

These are pictures from our trunk or treat. Madison wanted to be the same fairy princess that she was last year regardless of how many ideas we gave her for costumes and Jackson is way into curious George so we had to get this costume for him when we saw it. Notice in the actual Halloween pictures Madison's costume changes. While we were at our trunk or treat everyone kept commenting how cute her "flower" costume was (come on what flower has wings)and Madison of course being as shy as she is never said a word. But come Halloween night she was not about to put on her costume because she wanted to be a princess and not a flower! So we managed to turn her into Snow White for the night and she could not have been more pleased.

It is turning into quite the task to get two toddlers to hold still and smile for pictures.

Since there aren't costumes small enough we attempted to make Bryton a mummy...he hated it so it didn't turn out quite how I thought but it was a good idea...right?! By the time Ryan got home we just left to take the kids trick or treating so he never changed his clothes and people kept commenting on the fact that he was dressed up in scrubs, we just laughed. (I hope we'd be more original than that when we can afford to dress up)

The best part of the night!

Love the costumes! My 9 year old wanted to be a mummy, but I couldn't come up with a costume, so he was a skeleton.

She wouldn't be a girl if she didn't change her mind, especially about clothes! ;) ADORABLE!

That's funny about the scrubs "costume." What's even funnier is that we "dress up" in scrubs every year! Cute pictures of your kiddos. :)

Those little Wades are so stinkin' cute. Love the costumes! You always have the cutest ones for Madison!! I like the mummy idea! I didn't even dress Emmie up, that's how original we are over at our house.
How are you guys liking TX, your neighborhood, ward, etc. etc.?
