Lot's of catching up...

I've fallen behind once again so these posts are a little old. Instead of starting with the most recent festivities (for the sake of keeping things in order) we are venturing back to the happenings in late June. First off...

This picture was taken as I was sitting on the computer trying to upload some pictures and in comes Jackson...Mind you it is about 11:15 P.M. and I have already put him to bed 5 or 6 times for the night. He thinks if he can't see me that I won't know he is there. Seriously...does anyone else have this problem?

He managed to do it again....

I am really starting to wonder if the poor kid will have any teeth left for his third birthday! We were at a nearby splash park with some friends and I was sitting with Bryton and the other kids were playing, having a great time...that is until Jackson came running over with his hands over his mouth. He wasn't even crying but before he even got to me I could see the blood. The only good that came out of this trauma was that when he hit his mouth it actually knocked the front tooth (that was pushed forward from prior damage....see previous posts) back in place. As you can see he had quite the swelling and the tooth was super loose for some time. I am seriously considering a face guard for this kid!

BTW: We did get him in to the Dentist to better assess the damage and he thinks his teeth have still managed to survive despite all this. :) He said they actually look really good...WOW...that was great news! Even better was that he doesn't have to have his upper frenulum cliped yet, they will wait until the baby teeth fall out...which from his track record may be anytime.

More fun stuff from home....Thanks family we loved it!

Aren't these the cutest aprons ever! The kids thought they were so great and Bryton loved the packing peanuts!
