It's a Birthday!

Happy Birthday Dad! This year I had resolved to do better at posting a little tribute to family members on there birthday since we are not able to be there to celebrate with them. But as is obvious, I have done horrible at it. (So sorry family...I mean well, do intentions count?)

That being said, there are a few birthdays that I can't let go by without recognizing and Dad you made the list! My Dad will never read this post but for my sake I cannot let today pass without expressing my appreciation for this great man. My Dad is definately one of a kind. I truly do not know anyone that is more generous, more kind, more loving, more selfless, more thoughtful, more caring, more understanding, more forgiving....the list goes on and on. I could type endlessly all the wonderful qualities and attributes of my Dad but for all of you who know him, you already understand. My Dad has always been my greatest fan, I cannot remember a softball game that he wasn't at even though I spent the majority of my Senior year on the sideline with a broken hand. I always knew if I looked among the crowd my Dad would be there to cheer me on, not only during a game but in every endeavour I have pursued. Ryan and I have both been blessed with wonderful parents and are so grateful for the examples they are to us. Dad thanks for being my Dad and for always sacrificing so much and always being there for all of us. Thanks also for being the awesome Grandpa that you are to my kids. We love you so much and wish we were there to help you celebrate your big day. We miss you and hope you have a great day as you so deserve it! Dad....your our Best! (Come see us soon! :)

We Love You!
